At Cominos Family Lawyers, we understand that coming to see a lawyer may be a daunting and first-time ever experience for you.
With that in mind, we have created an experience that is calming, respectful and sensitive to your feelings and expectations. We recognise that going through a life changing experience such as a divorce or separation, can be a challenging time and you may sense a loss of control and feel vulnerable. We are here to support you with your legal needs and our objective is to make the legal process as easy as possible for you.
We are lawyers who take the time to listen to your concerns and will take as long as you require to explain your circumstances. We are experts in dealing with complicated and sensitive matters and we will never pressure you to take an option or settlement that you do not want. We know that the law is complex and foreign to many people, this is why we always use plain English and we make sure that you understand how the law works for your specific circumstances.
At your first consultation, you will consult our Principal or one of our Senior Associates and at this meeting you may meet the entire team because we pride ourselves on knowing you as a person and not just a number. Sometimes, we have two Senior Lawyers with you in your consultation. We do not charge extra for this service because we want to make sure that you get the attention that your matter deserves, especially where your matter is sensitive or complex.
When you come to our offices, you will be welcomed warmly by one of friendly staff and with our chief Happiness Officer, Honey on hand to greet you with a wagging tail. We offer all our clients privacy and a space to meet with our lawyers that is comfortable and relaxed.
Our Principal Lawyer, Pamela Cominos is passionate about teas and knows the benefits of tea in healing and calming the mind and body and offers all our clients the opportunity to taste our unique and comforting tea.
We look forward to meeting you and making your experience with us warm, positive and meaningful.
We have complimentary parking for all our clients in our Sydney CBD office.
